一.概述Overriew：

最小測量0.01μΩ；適用于測試材料超低電阻、電阻率和高導(dǎo)電性能數(shù)據(jù)。直流恒流恒壓源，高效率，穩(wěn)定度和準確性高；電流具有手動和自動設(shè)定模式；自動量程，液晶顯示，自動顯示電流、電壓、溫度、電阻率、電導(dǎo)率、電阻值、單位轉(zhuǎn)換等數(shù)據(jù)，選配：PC軟件獲得測試數(shù)據(jù)之圖表和報表，有助于對產(chǎn)品過程質(zhì)量分析；根據(jù)產(chǎn)品形狀不同可以選配不同治具輔助測量。
