熒光素是一種廣泛用于顯微鏡檢測，法醫(yī)學(xué)和血清學(xué)檢測的熒光團(tuán)，用于檢測潛在的血跡。 熒光素在490nm處具有大吸收，在水中的大發(fā)射為514nm。 它具有6.4的pKa和多個電離平衡以及460nm的等吸收點。 這導(dǎo)致pH依賴性吸收和發(fā)射在5至9的范圍內(nèi)。
